Role & Responsibilities

Conduct structured UAT on AI voice agents before client launch by placing and receiving test calls, probing edge cases and failure modes, and documenting defects with clear, reproducible steps.
Test scripted and adversarial scenarios, including identity verification, payment negotiation, and escalation or handoff triggers.
Verify that AI voice agents behave as expected before go-live; this is AI agent testing, not routine live-call quality monitoring.
Identify recurring failure patterns, scorecard drift and edge cases, and report systemic issues to engagement and engineering teams.
Work with the client-side Technology Manager and relevant teams to communicate test findings and support readiness decisions.

Candidate Requirements

Education: Any degree.
Experience: 3 years of QA experience in an International Collection Voice Process. Freshers are not eligible.
Communication / Languages: English is required. Kannada is not required.
Skills: Practical UAT/QA experience, AI voice-agent testing, clear defect documentation, and mandatory knowledge of FDCPA and TCPA.
Work mode: Work from office in RMV 2nd Stage, Bengaluru. Candidates from North Bengaluru are preferred; this is a preference, not an eligibility restriction. Prior experience in the same industry is preferred.
