Tenders Inside Sales Executive
Tenders Inside Sales Executive with 3–5 years of hands-on industrial tender and bidding experience required in Gandhinagar, Bangalore. Degree / Diploma qualification and hands-on GeM / CPPP bidding experience are mandatory.
Job Description / Role
- Search and monitor GeM, CPPP and state e-procurement portals daily for relevant industrial product tenders.
- Review technical specifications, Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and eligibility criteria to assess bid feasibility.
- Identify required product make / model, compliance certificates and supporting documents.
- Prepare technical documents, past performance certificates and commercial quote sheets for submission.
- Coordinate timely online or physical bid submission, including EMD and BG requirements with Finance.
- Attend pre-bid and open-bid sessions and track competitor pricing, tender updates and outcomes.
- Coordinate with agencies and manufacturers for technical data sheets, authorization letters and other bid requirements.
Requirements
- Education: Degree / Diploma.
- Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on tender and bidding experience, specifically within industrial supply or engineering products. Freshers are not considered.
- Communication / languages: Clear, professional written and spoken English. Kannada preferable.
- Technical / computer skills: Hands-on GeM / CPPP / e-procurement bidding; error-free technical and commercial bid preparation; very good Email, Word and Excel skills.
- Preference: Any gender; age 28–35; candidates from any location.
- Personal qualities: Pleasing personality, accuracy, coordination and practical problem-solving approach.
About the Role / Organization
This is a permanent Sales role supporting end-to-end tender and bidding activity for industrial products across government, PSU and private-sector buyers. The role reports to the General Manager – Sales & Operations. The organization is an industrial products distribution company established in 1996 with around 70 employees.
