Store Supervisor
Store Supervisor role in Magadi Road, Bengaluru for candidates with 1+ years of stores or inventory experience. The role covers material receiving, stock control, material issue to production, storage, scrap control and store documentation.
Job Description / Role
- Receive incoming materials and verify quantity, specifications and condition against relevant documents.
- Maintain accurate stock records, monitor inventory levels and help prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Issue correct materials to production and maintain records of issued quantity, balance stock and job references.
- Maintain GRN, stock, issue and scrap records and coordinate with Production, Purchase, Accounts and Quality.
- Organize materials and support uninterrupted production through accurate store and inventory control.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma / Graduate qualification.
- Experience: 1+ years in stores, inventory or a related production environment.
- Key skill: Stores & Inventory Management, including material receiving, stock control, material issue and documentation.
- Coordination: Ability to coordinate with Production and other departments.
- Languages: English, Hindi or Kannada — any one is acceptable.
- Work pattern: Work From Office, 6 days a week, 8 hours daily.
- Other: Male candidates are strongly preferred; two-wheeler is not required.
- Joining: Immediate joining preferred.
Important Information
The position is based on Magadi Road, Bengaluru, in a production environment. The stores function supports materials such as aluminium profiles, glass, hardware, accessories and packing items, with close coordination across production and support functions. The opening has 1 vacancy.
