Email Marketing, Social Media & Client Servicing Responsibilities
- Plan and send newsletters to a client base of 2,500+ organisations, and build email sequences that encourage product demo bookings for our Software Products.
- Create campaigns around relevant SEBI, RBI, IRDAI, CERT-In and DPDP updates; segment India and UAE mailing lists; and track open, click, reply and demo metrics.
- Manage LinkedIn as the primary social channel, with Instagram, X and YouTube support. Turn cybersecurity and compliance topics into clear, CFO- and CTO-friendly content.
- Coordinate with in-house experts and leadership; maintain a content calendar; and promote blogs, handbooks, videos, client wins and testimonials where approved.
- Respond to demo and website enquiries, route qualified leads to sales, and coordinate client audit/renewal schedules, documentation and follow-ups.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Graduate
- Experience: Around 1–2 years of hands-on digital/social marketing experience, including at least 1 year in B2B social media or digital marketing.
- Communication / Languages: Clear written and spoken English
- Skills: B2B email marketing, LinkedIn management, campaign tools, Canva, content writing and client coordination.
- Comfortable with client interaction. IT / SaaS / technology industry exposure is an advantage; basic video editing is optional.
