Job Description / Role

  1. Identify new business opportunities and support sales-growth strategies for industrial products.
  2. Build and maintain client relationships through regular customer support, communication and follow-up.
  3. Develop new accounts and penetrate competitor accounts within the assigned area.
  4. Work towards area sales targets and business goals while tracking market and competitor activity.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments and customer requirements relevant to the product range.
  6. Identify opportunities for product improvements and new products based on market and customer feedback.
  7. Coordinate with internal teams to support quotations, customer requirements, technical discussions and business development.

Requirements

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
  2. Experience: Minimum 5 years in technical sales, presales or application engineering. Freshers are not considered.
  3. Languages: Kannada is required for Bangalore. Professional English communication is required.
  4. Essential: Two-wheeler, professional English communication, and working knowledge of Email, Word and Excel.
  5. Preferred profile: Male candidates; age 30–45 years.
  6. Strengths: Pleasing personality, problem-solving, cross-functional coordination and client trust-building.
