Role & Responsibilities
- Provide primary consultation and treatment for employees visiting the Corporate Occupational Health Center.
- Manage acute illnesses, minor injuries, lifestyle disorders and emergency situations.
- Conduct health risk assessments and preventive health check-ups.
- Guide employees on fitness, chronic disease management and workplace ergonomics.
- Coordinate referrals to specialists or hospitals when required.
- Maintain medical records and ensure confidentiality of employee health data.
- Lead health awareness initiatives such as vaccination drives, wellness sessions and health camps.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: MBBS with MD in Internal Medicine, DNB in Internal Medicine, DNB in Family Medicine, or MMed from CMC Vellore.
- Experience: About 10 years of total professional experience, including 4+ years in Corporate OHC, occupational health or a related profile. Hospital Preventive Health Check and OPD experience are relevant.
- Communication / Languages: English and Kannada.
- Skills: Clinical judgement, emergency management, health risk assessment, preventive health, medical documentation and employee counselling.
- Relevant exposure: At least 4+ years in Corporate OHC, occupational health or a related profile is expected; experience supporting employee health in established corporate environments is relevant.
