ROLE OVERVIEW
Job Description
- Provide primary consultation and treatment for employees visiting the OHC.
- Manage acute illnesses, minor injuries, lifestyle disorders and emergency situations.
- Conduct health risk assessments and preventive health check-ups.
- Guide employees on fitness, chronic disease management and workplace ergonomics.
- Coordinate referrals to specialists or hospitals when required.
- Maintain medical records and ensure confidentiality of employee health data.
- Lead health awareness initiatives such as vaccination drives, wellness sessions and health camps.
- Ensure compliance with corporate health policies and statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership on employee health trends and preventive strategies.

Emergency Management
Ability to manage acute conditions, minor injuries and emergencies.
Occupational Health
Corporate or occupational health experience is preferred.
Communication
Good communication and employee counselling skills.
Confidentiality
Professional handling of confidential and sensitive employee cases.
Documentation
Strong medical documentation and reporting skills.
