Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day execution and supervision of bitumen and concrete road construction work at project sites.
- Support the senior engineer in planning daily site activities and coordinating labour, contractors and materials.
- Carry out or assist with site measurements, levels, quantity checks and basic work records.
- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship and bring site issues or deviations to the senior engineer’s attention.
- Read and understand basic civil drawings and use 2D/3D CAD knowledge for drawing-related coordination.
- Maintain daily progress updates, site measurements and other assigned project documentation.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: B.E. in Civil Engineering preferred. Diploma candidates with relevant concrete-road construction experience may also be considered.
- Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, road construction or related site work.
- Technical exposure: Practical understanding or experience of bitumen and concrete road construction.
- Software: Basic 2D/3D CAD knowledge.
- Site skills: Ability to assist with site execution, measurements, coordination, quality checks and progress reporting.
- Work arrangement: Full-time role, Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM. Work will involve site-related responsibilities.
- Candidate profile: A responsible, hands-on junior engineer willing to learn, coordinate with site teams and support timely project execution.
