International Voice Process – Lead Generation – Role & Responsibilities
- Interact with clients on phone and email using clear and professional English communication.
- Research Google and LinkedIn to identify potential new clients and support lead-generation activity.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Work closely with team leaders and clients to improve client satisfaction.
International Voice Process – Lead Generation – Candidate Requirements
- Education: 12th / Graduate.
- Experience: Freshers to 3 years can apply. Previous international voice process or BPO experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication: Excellent English communication, strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Core skills: Basic computer knowledge, typing ability, client interaction and willingness to develop Google / LinkedIn research skills.
