International Voice Process Executive role in DeviNagar, near Sahakar Nagar, North Bangalore for candidates with freshers to 3 years of experience. Job Description / Role
- Interact with clients by phone and email and handle professional client communication.
- Research online using Google and LinkedIn to identify potential new clients and support lead-generation activity.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Work closely with team leaders and clients to support better client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Education: 12th / Graduate / Any qualification is acceptable.
- Experience: Freshers to 3 years can apply. Previous international voice process or BPO experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- English: Excellent English communication is required, both verbal and written.
- Core skills: Strong listening and interpersonal skills, basic computer knowledge, typing ability, online research and client interaction skills.
- Work mode: Work From Office in DeviNagar, North Bangalore.
- Employment: Full time / permanent.
- Vacancies: 5.
