Remote / Work From Home Telecaller - Inside Sales | Lead Generation job in Bangalore. If you are looking for a remote telecaller job in Bangalore or a work from home inside sales job, this role offers remote working with only 2–3 office days per month when the CEO visits Bengaluru. DISHA Recruitment is hiring telecallers in Bangalore for lead generation, outbound calling and inside sales. Any degree is accepted, 1–2 years of experience is preferred, and the salary is ₹18,000–₹20,000 in-hand per month.
Key Skills
Role & Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads for virtual assistance services through telecalling, WhatsApp, email and social platforms.
- Convert leads into paying clients by explaining services, pricing and closing deals effectively.
- Follow up with potential clients daily and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM or Excel tracking.
- Coordinate client onboarding after closure, including understanding requirements and handing over to the operations team.
- Prepare daily sales reports and track targets, conversions and revenue performance.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Any degree.
- Experience: 1–2 years preferred.
- Communication / Languages: English, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam.
- Skills: Telecalling, inside sales, lead generation, client follow-up, sales conversion and basic CRM/Excel tracking.
- Age Preference: 22–30 years.
- Work Mode: Remote, with office presence only 2–3 days per month when the CEO visits Bengaluru.
