Role & Responsibilities
- Source suitable candidates for client requirements using relevant recruitment channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial phone discussions with applicants.
- Assess communication, attitude, knowledge, experience and overall suitability.
- Search for candidates with specific skills and profiles as required by clients.
- Shortlist suitable candidates and coordinate interviews with clients.
- Work on laptop/PC, email and MS Office for daily recruitment activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Graduate qualification required. Experience: 6 months–3 years in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or a related recruitment role.
- Communication / Languages: Fluent English required for candidate communication and coordination. Skills: Candidate sourcing, CV screening, phone screening, shortlisting and interview coordination.
- Work setting: Full-time, work from office in RT Nagar, Bangalore. Basic laptop/PC, email and MS Office skills required.
