Front Desk Job in Harlur, Bangalore | Customer Relations & Fitness Centre Support
Fitness Hub is hiring two Front Desk - Client Relationship Executives at Harlur Main Road, Harlur, near HSR Layout, Bengaluru. The role offers ₹18,000–₹23,000 per month and is suitable for candidates who have completed 12th standard, including freshers and applicants with up to two years of experience. Good communication and a helpful approach to customers are essential.

Front Desk - Client Relationship Executive: Role & Responsibilities
- Front-desk customer support: Welcome walk-in customers, answer questions and respond to customer calls politely.
- Existing enquiry follow-up: Contact people who have already enquired, understand their interest and explain Fitness Hub services. Cold calling is not required.
- Fitness service information: Help prospective customers understand the centre’s services and check whether they would like to enrol.
- Customer records: Maintain customer profiles, enquiry details and related data accurately.
- Basic accounts: Track basic income and expenditure and help maintain front-desk accounts records.
- Customer relationship management: Follow up with existing customers and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Front Desk - Client Relationship Executive: Candidate Requirements
- Education: 12th pass.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome; candidates with 0–2 years of experience may apply.
- Communication: Good communication is essential. English and Hindi are required; Kannada is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Customer approach: Comfortable speaking with walk-in customers and over the phone, explaining services and following up on existing enquiries.
- Work mode: Work from office at Harlur Main Road, Harlur, near HSR Layout, Bengaluru.
- Shift timings: 7:00 AM–2:00 PM or 2:00 PM–9:00 PM. The assigned shift will be confirmed by the employer.
- Working days: Six days per week; Saturday is a full working day.
