Facade Project Site Engineer / Supervisor
Facade Project Site Engineer / Supervisor with 1–3 years of relevant façade site-execution experience required for current project sites in Bengaluru. BE / Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, site coordination skills and façade installation knowledge are required.
Job Description / Role
- Supervise façade installation works including aluminium, glazing, curtain wall, cladding, louvers and skylight systems.
- Ensure site execution follows approved shop drawings, method statements, project specifications and required façade tolerances.
- Plan daily site activities and monitor work progress against project schedules.
- Coordinate with design and engineering teams on drawing clarifications and site-related technical issues.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, installers, suppliers, main contractors and consultants for smooth site execution.
- Conduct site inspections, support snag clearance and handover activities, and maintain daily progress reports, site records and material tracking.
- Ensure compliance with site safety and HSE requirements and support testing, mock-ups and façade inspections when required.
Requirements
- Education: BE / Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 1–3 years of relevant façade site-execution experience.
- Façade knowledge: Practical knowledge of façade systems and installation practices, including aluminium and glazing work.
- Drawings: Ability to read and interpret façade shop drawings and architectural drawings.
- Coordination: Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills for site-related technical issues.
- Languages: English, Hindi or Kannada — any one of these languages is acceptable.
- Two-wheeler: Preferred.
- Gender: Male candidates preferred.
Organization Details
The organization is a Bengaluru-based façade fabrication and installation business established in 2021, working with German partners for fabrication and installation of premium façade and fenestration products. The role is site-based and will be assigned according to the organization’s current ongoing projects in Bengaluru.
