CNC Operator – 4-Axis Machining Centre
CNC Operator – 4-Axis Machining Centre role in Magadi Road, Bengaluru for candidates with 1+ years of relevant experience. BE / Diploma Mechanical or related candidates are required; CNC programming skills are important.
Job Description / Role
- Operate the 4-Axis machining centre according to daily production schedules.
- Maintain complete CNC programs for commonly used and newly introduced machining requirements.
- Select correct cutting tools and fixtures and check that required tools are maintained.
- Replace worn or damaged tools when necessary and perform routine cleaning and lubrication.
- Read technical drawings, understand basic GD&T and use measuring tools as required for production work.
Requirements
- Education: BE Mechanical / Diploma Mechanical / related stream, including Mechatronics.
- Experience: 1+ years of relevant CNC machine operation.
- Key skill: CNC Programming Skills, along with knowledge of 4-Axis machining centre operations.
- Technical skills: Ability to read technical drawings, understand basic GD&T and use measuring tools.
- Languages: English, Hindi or Kannada — any one is acceptable.
- Work pattern: Work From Office, 6 days a week, 8 hours daily.
- Other: Male candidates are strongly preferred; two-wheeler is not required.
- Joining: Immediate joining preferred.
Important Information
The position is within the Production Department on Magadi Road, Bengaluru and reports to the Production Manager. It is a permanent work-from-office role with 2 vacancies.
