Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day client communication and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Coordinate sales activities and follow up on client enquiries and opportunities.
- Maintain lead and enquiry records, track progress and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate digital marketing activities and follow up on leads generated through campaigns.
- Prepare and update MIS reports covering leads, follow-ups and sales coordination activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: BBA or MBA.
- Experience: 4–10 years; previous experience in the same industry is preferred.
- Languages: English, Kannada and Hindi; Kannada is mandatory.
- Core skills: Client coordination, lead management and sales follow-ups.
- Work mode: Work from office; candidates from nearby areas are preferred.
