Key Skills
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial records for the manufacturing business.
- Handle manufacturing costing, inventory accounting and related financial controls.
- Oversee GST, e-invoicing, e-way bills and other applicable statutory accounting requirements.
- Prepare financial reports, MIS and management information for review and decision-making.
- Monitor working capital, receivables, payables and cash-flow requirements.
- Coordinate accounting documentation, audits and statutory compliance activities.
- Work with the management and internal team on budgeting, controls and financial planning.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: B.Com; M.Com preferred.
- Experience: 7–16 years of relevant accounts experience, with 4+ years in manufacturing required.
- Skills: Tally is mandatory; strong hands-on manufacturing accounting capability required.
- Work Mode: Work From Office at the Hennur / Horamavu office, Bangalore.
- Joining: Immediate joining preferred.
About the Organization
The organization is a 25-year-old manufacturing company with a team of about 50 employees, operating in the fabrication industry. The manufacturing unit/factory is on Magadi Road, Bangalore, while the head office / admin office is at Hennur / Horamavu. The Accounts Manager will be based at the Horamavu office.
