This role focuses on student and parent communication, enquiry follow-up and support for the admissions journey.
Interact with students and parents, understand their requirements and provide appropriate guidance regarding education programmes and admission opportunities.
Follow up with prospective students and enquiries and maintain regular communication through the admissions journey.
Coordinate with telecallers and follow up on leads generated through telecalling activity.
Support the admissions process through effective communication, follow-up and convincing interaction with prospective students and parents.
The requirement is suited to candidates who are comfortable with counselling, follow-up and student-facing communication.
Previous experience in education counselling is preferred. Freshers are not preferred for this requirement.
Strong communication, convincing interaction and consistent follow-up ability are important.
Kannada is required. English and Hindi are required; Telugu is an advantage.
Language requirement: Kannada communication is required. English and Hindi are required, while Telugu is an added advantage.
