Education Counsellor – Role & Responsibilities
- Interact with students and parents, understand their requirements and provide appropriate guidance regarding education programmes and admission opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective students and enquiries and maintain regular communication through the admissions journey.
- Coordinate with telecallers and follow up on leads generated through telecalling activity.
- Support the admissions process through effective communication, follow-up and convincing interaction with prospective students and parents.
Education Counsellor – Candidate Requirements
- Education: Any Degree / Graduate qualification required. Experience: Previous experience in education counselling is preferred; freshers are not preferred.
- Languages: Kannada required; English and Hindi required; Telugu is an advantage. Skills: Strong communication, convincing interaction, counselling and consistent follow-up ability.
- Work setting: Full-time, permanent, work from office. Working pattern: 6 days a week, Tuesday weekly off.
